Alexandra Shipp has been a famous actress for a number of years. She was born in Phoenix Arizona, USA on the 16th of July, 1991. In 2012, she played a small guest role with Victoria Justice on Victorious. Her acting debut came in 2009, with a tiny role as a character in Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Squeakquel. in the 3rd season of Nickelodeon's detective teen show House of Anubis, Shipp played the character of KT rush. Shipp received recognition in 2014 for playing Dani Raymond and Aaliyah in Drumline: A New Beat on VH1's television in addition to Aaliyah in Aaliyah the Princess of R&B, a show on Lifetime. Shipp was the singer in her final role. She then was Ice Cube's spouse Kimberly Woodruff in the biographical drama film Straight Outta Compton which chronicled the career of hip-hop group N.W.A. In 2016, she was a part-time actress in Bryan Singer's superhero flick X-Men: Apocalypse with Halle Berry playing Ororo Storm, a mutant who controls climate change. She starred with Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. as well as Lucy Hale as Dude in 2018 and alongside Nick Robinson in Love Simon. James is her older brother. She was Danielle Dani Raymond (a fictional character) in the TV film Drumline A New Beat from 2014.
